So, we had a wildly fun weekend with our friends, T & Lovejoy. The night started out with a champagne toast to their engagement (we haven't seen them since their engagement in July) and a birthday cake for T. As you can see from the picture above, it was T's Golden Birthday (26 on the 26th) and she had a strange childhood obsession with the USA and all things Olympics so, we thought it was best that the cake embodied those themes. We then went dinner at one our regular haunts, INC., an authentic Mexican street food restaurant which was amazing as always.
The next day, T and I went wedding dress shopping at Bridals by Lori, the bridal boutique now featured on Say Yes to the Dress: Atlanta. I never in a million years thought Theresa would find one but she did and it was BEAUTIFUL. It was so perfect for her, I cried. Can't wait to see that gorgeous dress again next August!
Next stop, watching the UK vs. UL game, our biggest rivalry game of the year. Our course, we won. UK is the best, no question. Below is the sign our mature men made. If you don't know what the Human Centipede is, google it. You will be disgusted and might even question why you read my blog.
P.S. We only know about the human centipede because it was mentioned on the Emmy's... and the rest is history.
Lastly, the hubs and I took Teddy for his first swim along the Chattahootchie and boy was it funny.
What crazy antics did your weekend include??
